Using a whole-body approach to wellness, treatments focus not only on relieving physical tension, but also supporting nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and overall well-being.

Unlike traditional “one-size-fits-all” massage, Revive Massage Therapy focuses on working with the body — not against it. Sessions are designed to create a safe, calming environment where the nervous system can unwind, allowing the body to release tension more naturally and effectively.

With over 17 years of experience, flat fee pricing, complimentary service enhancements, and personalized care in every session, Revive Massage Therapy offers a supportive space to help you feel more connected, balanced, and restored.


How do I book an appointment?

Booking your appointment is simple and available online 24/7. Just choose your service, select an available time that works best for you, and complete your booking through the online scheduler.

If you do not see an appointment available, please use the waitlist feature. Openings occasionally become available and you may be notified if a spot opens that matches your request.

You will use the same booking system if you have a gift card, simply book your appointment on my online scheduler and make sure you bring your physical or digital gift card when you arrive.


What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost. Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment time without prior notification will be deemed a no-show and charged 100% of the service price for the loss of time. Thank you for your understanding.


I’m not feeling well, should I reschedule?

If you’re feeling under the weather, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment so we can keep everyone safe and healthy.

Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms in the last 5 days such as:
• Fever
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Stomach illness
• Flu-like symptoms
• Any contagious illness or recent exposure

If you are unsure, feel free to reach out. I truly appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule - I look forward to seeing you when you’re feeling better!


Do you accept HSA/FSA accounts?

Many clients are able to use their HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for massage therapy services when medically appropriate.

To use your HSA/FSA:
• Book your appointment online as usual
• Pay using your HSA/FSA card at checkout

Coverage and eligibility vary by insurance plan and provider. Some HSA/FSA accounts may require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor for massage therapy reimbursement.

Please contact your HSA/FSA provider directly with questions regarding your specific coverage or reimbursement requirements.


What does flat rate pricing mean?

At Revive Massage Therapy, flat rate pricing means you pay one simple price for your session — without extra charges for techniques or service enhancements that may be included during your treatment.

Your session is customized to your body’s needs that day and may include a combination of therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue work, relaxation massage, reflexology, warm bamboo therapy, stretching, nervous system regulation techniques, or other supportive modalities when appropriate.

Rather than charging separately for every add-on or technique, the focus stays on providing the care your body needs most during your appointment.

This allows for a more personalized, stress-free experience with no surprise upgrade fees or pressure to add extra services or even adding gratuity.


Do you have any special policies I should know about?

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment for all clients, I kindly enforce a fragrance-free policy during appointments. I ask that clients refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, heavily scented lotions, body sprays, or other strong fragrances like smoke smells when visiting. This policy helps accommodate sensitivities and ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.
