  • Book online 24/7: pick a service, choose a time, and complete your booking. If no slots appear, join the waitlist for notifications of openings. Have a gift card? Book the same way and bring your physical or digital card to your appointment.

  • Many clients can use HSA/FSA cards for medically appropriate massage therapy.

    To use HSA/FSA:

    • Book online as usual

    • Pay with your HSA/FSA card at checkout

    Coverage varies by plan; some accounts may require a Letter of Medical Necessity. Contact your HSA/FSA provider for specifics.

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you don’t show up within 15 minutes of your appointment time and didn’t let us know, it’s a no-show and you’ll be charged the full price. Late arrivals may have a shorter session but the full fee still applies.

  • Pricing is one simple fee for your session — no extra charges for techniques or enhancements. Your treatment is tailored to what your body needs that day and may include deep tissue, relaxation massage, reflexology, warm bamboo, stretching, nervous-system work, or other supportive methods. We don’t charge for each add-on, so you get personalized care without surprise upgrade fees or pressure to buy extras.

  • To maintain a comfortable and professional environment for all clients, I kindly enforce a fragrance-free policy during appointments. I ask that clients refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, heavily scented lotions, body sprays, or other strong fragrances like smoke smells when visiting. This policy helps accommodate sensitivities and ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.

  • If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness in the last 5 days, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of all clients and staff, we cannot provide services to anyone who arrives unwell. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Just as your therapist is required to, you must also demonstrate ethical behavior. Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes ONLY. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. Your service provider will immediately terminate the service if any inappropriate comments or behaviors are displayed. Propositioning or assaulting a medical professional is a felony and will be reported to the authorities. Licensed massage therapists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
